At Wholesale Green Lighting, we are committed to your satisfaction and the planet's well-being. If your eco-friendly lighting solution isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack the items in their original, undamaged packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and installation manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
